No. MD Scoopers does not require service contracts, so you're never locked into a long-term commitment. Before we begin service, we do require all customers to review and sign our Service Agreement. This agreement outlines our policies, expectations, and terms of service to ensure a smooth experience for both you and our team. Once the Service Agreement is signed, we'll be ready to schedule and complete your service.
No. MD Scoopers does not charge cancellation fees. We understand that plans can change, and you can cancel your service without worrying about additional charges. If you need to make changes to your service or cancel an upcoming visit, we simply ask that you let us know as soon as possible so we can update our schedule.
We send service reminders before your scheduled visit and ask that you confirm your appointment before our arrival. If you respond during our normal business hours, we'll do our best to keep your scheduled service. If we don't receive a response, your service will be postponed until we can reschedule a new date and time. This helps ensure we have access to your property and can provide the best possible service.
Yes. Payment is due within 7 days of your completed service. If your invoice has not been paid within that time, a $10 late fee will be added to your account. If you have any questions about your invoice or need assistance with payment, please contact us before the due date, and we'll be happy to help.
After a yard sanitation or deodorization treatment, we recommend waiting 30 minutes to 1 hour, or until the treated areas are completely dry, before allowing pets or children back into the yard. Drying time may vary depending on weather conditions such as temperature, humidity, and sunlight. Waiting until the application has fully dried helps ensure the best results and a safe, comfortable outdoor space for everyone.
